With medical transfer card

When Soldbuchs were kept at a company level, and not by the individual, these Soldbuchs were used as a temporary ID for men traveling outside of their company.

These were mostly used for when men had to depart from their company in an emergency,
when visiting home, men were given their soldbuch or a truppenausweis as an ID, but in the event of sickness or an injury, these were given out leaving for or returning from a medical stay.
These are printed on a 30 pound paper stock.


Medical release card

This include the cardstock card that usually accompanied the Ersatz Soldbuch, which provided supplementary information on the whys and hows of the medical transfer.
These are printed on sexy pink cardstoock, and should be glued or stapled to the Erz. Soldbuch upon completion.
