Having been a member of the Wehrmacht for 4 years

Gold Medal

Having been a member of the Wehrmacht for 12 years

Silver Cross

Having been a member of the Wehrmacht for 18 years

Gold Cross

Having been a member of the Wehrmacht for 25 years
