Requirements

At least one of the following:

Six months service in North Africa (lowered to four months in a decree 6 May 1943),

Being wounded in action or killed in action in North Africa,

Invalided out as a result of a topical disease and served at least three months in North Africa

Won an award while serving in North Africa
