Thse are gneral ID cards for registered volunteers to the reich residing in the Georgian region of the Soviet Uniion. Like today, the Georgians aren't real happy about Russian occupation and many chose to serve in the ranks of the German army.
Some even transfered to the western front and some served on the beaches of Normandy with the famous 352nd Infantry Division.
These are printed on a dark newsprint like the originals and are bilingual German/Russian (Georgian dialect)
